The choirboys, Jon stevens and Ian moss Current mood: excited Category: Music
Last nite i went to see one of my fave bands growing up "The Choirboys"! they played with Jon Stevens from noiseworks and Ian Moss.
the show was awesome! I have loved the choirboys since i was i dunno - really young!!! basically since they came out.
I saw them once when i was about 15 i think when they supported tears for fears in australia and i loved them then!
Well, Mark Gable - singer, was still as hot as ever. I love the hair... Altho it is now blonde, it is way curly still and he looked the same just with shorter hair (for those who don't know, i kinda have a thing for longer style hair on guys) and i told my friend bonnie, that i would still do him. he he he!
Jon stevens was ace too. He sang a lot of noiseworks songs and boy can he sing! he has an amazing voice. Even after all those cigarettes he professed to have smoked the last few weeks!!!
well they all signed stuff after the show and i got to have a chat with Mark as well as get some cd's signed. It was very cool! He actually wrote i love u on my cd cover and i told him i love you too and he then handed me the texta and told me to sign HIS shirt! I was like, are you for real and he said yes and then proceeded to try to pull me over the table they were signing on... It was one of the best moments!
So i signed his t-shirt and wrote "i love you too! love April. xxx" he grabbed me and planted one square on the lips and i said I'll see u at the corner hotel when your there... He grabbed me again and said " I would really like to see you there".
Jeez, my groupie vibes were on fire last nite!
So another musical tale in the life of April In Wonderland... hmmm until the corner hotel...
Ps: i also met a really hot guy there too. Bummer he left real quick after the show... too late to be up on a school nite for him i guess. Considering he is a teacher. ha ha ha!
